Thank you for choosing 7Days Tours and Travels as your travel partner. Before you start planning your trip with us, we request you to go through our terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions are applicable to all the services offered by us, and by availing our services, you agree to be bound by them.

Booking and Payment:

1. All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will be provided after the receipt of the full payment.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the tour departure date.
3. We accept payment through bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways.
4. In case of a booking made within 15 days of the tour departure, the full tour cost must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

1. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be effective from the date of receipt by 7Days Tours and Travels.
2. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charges will be applicable:
3. 30 days or more before tour departure date: 25% of the tour cost
4. 15-29 days before tour departure date: 50% of the tour cost
5. Less than 15 days before tour departure date: 100% of the tour cost
6. No refunds will be provided for no-show or unused services.
7. Any refunds due will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.

Itinerary Changes:

1. 7Days Tours and Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary or substitute hotels, activities, or transportation modes if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
2. In case of itinerary changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent or better services than originally booked.
3. We will inform you of any itinerary changes as soon as possible, and you may choose to accept the modified itinerary or cancel the tour with applicable cancellation charges.

Travel Documents:

1. It is the responsibility of the traveler to obtain all necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, and permits required for the tour.
2. We will not be liable for any inconvenience, delay, or expense incurred due to the traveler’s failure to obtain or carry the necessary travel documents.

Travel Insurance:

1. We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.
2. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the traveler during the tour, and any expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Health and Safety:

1. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the tour.
2. We reserve the right to refuse travel to any person who, in our opinion, is likely to endanger themselves or others during the tour.
3. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the traveler due to their failure to follow safety instructions or precautions.

Liability:

1. 7Days Tours and Travels acts only as an agent for the suppliers of travel services such as hotels, airlines, and transportation companies and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the traveler due to any act or omission of such suppliers.
2. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the traveler due to any force majeure event such as war, strike, or natural disasters.
3. Our liability for any claim arising out of the tour shall be limited to the amount paid by the traveler for the tour.
